CloserStill, which runs the Learning Technologies and Online Educa conferences, has bought a majority stake in Focuszone Media, Inc., which operates primarily as The eLearning Guild.
With a membership of over 40,000, The eLearning Guild will help to significantly raise the profile of Closerstill in the US, with conferences such as DevLearn (Las Vegas, Nevada), Learning Solutions (Orlando, Florida), and Realities 360 (San Jose, California.), now in it's stable.
