Callidus Software, the US based cloud eLearning supplier have announced they're buying Australian adaptive training and compliance learning content provider Learning Seat, for $26.4 million.
The acquisition enhances the CallidusCloud Litmos Learning Platform by adding nearly 500 courses, and additionally gives them access to the high growth markets of Asia Pacific.
This is second acquisition in the content provider market space in 6 month for Callidus, following their earlier purchase of UK based Litmos Heroes.
